I have been visiting Hard Rock Cafe for long time at different countries and this one is my first time that I felt completely disappointed, was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, from the hosted, bartender and waiter

No, you do not have to eat there to shop.

Why did you ban plastic straws? The paper straw companies in the USA Say they already cannot keep up with demand and they also say that every single Chinese paper straw manufacture lies about the quality reports for their straws and They fall apart.
Listen to plastic straws are terrible on our environment killing a fish and destroying our ground

From the moment you step inside Hard Rock Cafe, you're in the presence of greatness. There are legends on the walls, in the speakers, behind the bar, and at the grill. Since 1971, we've stood for food that's bold, drinks that are cold, and music that's loud. It all attracts a certain kind of guest. Those that aren't afraid to get up and rock out. Because nothing is more legendary than thespirit of rock n' roll. My First Hard Rock café to visit and wasn't disappointed even one bit. The staff are very friendly and super fun. The food tasted as good as it looked and the drinks were as sweet as the staff who made them for us.

Good food, good environment. Our server seemed to be a little distracted and all over the place, but we didn't go at a busy time. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but it could have been better.

Such a fun night celebrating my son's birthday! They pulled out all the stops and served up a great experience and food. Got the whole restaurant to shout happy birthday all at once. So fun. Really great ambiance and service. Not the chain restaurant experience many would wrongly suggest. Highly recommend Hardrock in SF!

Such a cool place! I’d never been to a Hard Rock Cafe before visiting this one, and it didn’t disappoint! Very unique place with all the rock memorabilia and history on display. Loved the music and stayed for the food! Steak was cooked perfectly and the wait staff did a great job of keeping the glasses full. Definitely would visit again.

I can only review the store as I didn't eat at the restaurant. The Staff was very helpful and nice! Above my expectations! The variety of products at the shop was good enough to fullfill my needs. I found there what I was looking for and I'm very happy with my shopping. Although prices are not low there. It's good to have Hard Rock Cafe award app.

We came for lunch. The restaurant was quiet and relaxed. The music was good and not too loud. The new menu had lots more options than the previous one. Service was great and the food was well worth the money. The gift shop was sized fine for the stock that they carried. Would definitely recommend.

We went there after the BAAITS pow wow and there were 5 tables of us....around 70 people. They accommodated us very well. We were served efficiently, great conversation with the server who was also native. One of the young children celebrated her birthday there with us and it was a memorable Eve. I had the salmon and it was perfect sized. One if the elders kept giving me ribs and they were very tastyThe food and company was above board and the staff were great.Thank you

Alright but man the hard Rock has lost all appeal. The days of seeing cool memorabilia are gone. And the food has never been good.so what's the point of it really.
